Ajinomatrix is a B2B open source software company that is simplifying life for food scientists by digitizing the senses of taste and smell for the food industry. Ajinomatrix’s sensory software with Artificial Intelligence digitally measures the senses of taste and smell so that food scientists and food industry experts get easy-to-interpret data that enables them to make fast, accurate decisions with confidence. Ajinomatrix is currently raising about 2.4Mio€ from their local region to grow and deliver and in the field globally.

Swathi Arulguppe Nagendra: FI Silicon Valley Alumni and CEO & Founder of Better Meal. Better Meal provides advanced Intelligence for Complex Health Issues Every single individual has eating patterns and behaviors that may hold them back from eating properly. BetterMeal AI, a nutritional application helps customers develop healthy eating habits through expert nutritional recommendations, through subscription plans to help make it easier for customers to improve their diet and overall health. Better Meal is in a private beta stage with ~ 352 current beta users following the recommendations from our application all obtained by word of mouth.
